The Velveteen Rabbit: 100th Anniversary Edition

I haven’t read it in decades, although I do remember reading it to my own children when they were little. It still remains such a beautiful story. I love this.

This story has always touched my heart. I’m in my 70s and I didn’t read the book as a child, but when I did finally read it, some 20 years ago, I sobbed. It’s a great story for any age, and of course beautifully illustrated. Read it to your children and grandchildren.

I re-read it before I gave it to my baby granddaughter. It's still a sweet story and a confidence builder!The book was bowed like it had been wet. I had to press it flat between heavy books for several days, but there was no actual damage to the book outside or the pages.

I used this as a baby shower gift. They requested everyone bring a child's book with a handwritten message. The Velveteen Rabbit is one of my favorites.

This is a great childhood book. One of my kids favorite bedtime stories.

I am 74 yrs. old. I didn't have a stuffed toy as a child. Have experienced tragic trauma, so bought not only the book but a bunny on Amazon.

My dad read thos to me as a child, I think we even listened to it on tape. It's one of the clearest memories I have from childhood. Those is such a beautiful and painful story. Everyone should experience it!
