How do these compare with the Grand Concert and those ripoff, unreliable Vandorens?

Are these a lot harder than the 2.5s or just a bit harder to play on?

When purchasing reeds, do they come with reed holders or do you have to buy those individually?

In the 10-pack, do the reeds come sealed individually within the box. Is each reed individually wrapped in cellophane (like they used to be)?
