Light slick and love the magnetic pen holder
Present for wife (with new Surface Pro 9). She’s never used a stylus before and is delighted with the whole set up. Very slim and light. I have an outstanding Dell XPS, aluminium and now nearly 9 years old. Always thought I would stick with them longetrm, but I’d consider the Surface Pro set up now.

Great customer service and good product
It fit perfectly and works well with the surface pro 8, had a bit of an issue at first, but the Amazon customer services was brilliant in dealing with it and reassured, 1st time contacting them I’m really impressed.

It is an excellent keyboard and pen but too expensive
So, Amazon have no idea what this is: there is no Bluetooth as it has contacts. There is no relevant battery life as it has contacts. There is no sleep mode as it has contacts.It is a very good keyboard and a very good pen but both should really be included in the price of the PC and, if they are not, then should be half the price they are. The keyboard is effectively an essential purchase. Not least as it also serves as a cover to protect the screen when travelling.Apart from irrelevant questions above, Amazon delivery was shocking. Maybe it is all those eco warriors complaining about too much packaging, but sending an expensive item with no covering at all so that anyone could see what what was there in the display box may be what resulted in the first delivery going missing and an idiotic online note from Amazon saying it had been put through the letter box. As if there was any chance that it would fit. So an untrue statement. The second one arrived, but only because of very careful arrangements to ensure it did not suffer the same fate. One of those rare occasions when Amazon delivery has failed in every sense.

Keyboard stopped working after 2yrs!
2 years of having this keyboard and the keyboard has literally stopped working. Not happy at all considering how expensive it is.

Broke after 13 months & out of warranty
Not fit for purpose, had light use and broke just outside of the 12 month warranty.£140 to replace something that is essential to be able to use your surface pro device.

Unreliable and a waste of £190
Stopped working after 15 months. Very occasional use. Not transported much. Kept in a case when not in use. Waste of £190. I see I’m not the only one this happened to. I expected better from Microsoft.
