All metal, good looking and good value
Firstly: Despite what the seller said in Q&A, this is all metal, has an earth connection and the site wiring MUST provide an earth connection. This really shouldn't be a problem if the site wiring is up to modern standards. A look at the seller's own installation photo will confirm all this.Easy to fit, good looking and good value. Personally I'd prefer a white interior as the gold surface creates an orangey glow even with daylight lamps, so not so useful for task lighting but does create a homely ambience. As others have mentioned, the securing screws are silver, which for a black item is a bit of eye sore. All in all, a solid four stars!
