I’m so glad I found this quality protein drink! The taste is great, not too sweet, and what really sets it apart is the light, water-like consistency. As I get older, I’m more mindful about maintaining muscle and making sure I get enough protein, and this drink helps me do that without feeling heavy or bloated. Ok, I have ordered 7 cases so far and I will tell you that you won’t find a better bargain for instant uptake protein for post workout. People say they are “thick” well that’s because they have 20 grams of protein. I find them refreshing in all flavors but this flavor is the best bargain so I stick with it. I sip one during my workout sometimes adding water as I go to give me more hydration. After a run I down one before the shower. For convenience and price this is the best I have found online period.

I rarely leave reviews but this is a great protein drink that is low calorie. I usually don’t drink my calories unless it’s alcohol. This drink though really helps curb hunger. I pair it with egg whites for breakfast and it keeps me full for hours. I just wish that all the flavors were as cost effective as the watermelon. The variety pack I want but it’s significantly more expensive. Watermelon flavor isn’t bad though.

I like that there's another option for protein supplements besides bars and shakes. This helps me meet my water intake and protein intake for the day. These are also lighter than shakes so I don't feel as full afterward. The flavor is good (strawberry watermelon is my favorite so far) but the texture is weird and it leaves a weird film in your mouth afterward. It also sort of tastes like milk but not really fully like a glass of milk or a regular whey shake.They're good quality and have always shipped well. Overall I like them and prefer them over whey shakes though so I'll keep buying them and trying other flavors.

I had been searching for a grab and grow protein drink that wasn't thick and milky and this one checks all the boxes! It does have a texture that is slightly thicker than water, more like Gatorade or Jello water but I don't mind it. Drinking it very cold really helps. Hight recommend!

** 6 days in. No way can I finish these. They make my mouth and throat dry and thick. The combination of erythritol, phosphoric acid, and potentially other factors unique to Protein2o's formulation likely explains why it may cause dry mouth. No for me going forward.*4 days in.. leaves a dry feeling in my mouth. Might be a deal breaker.Some reviews talked about them being thick. Protein2o is in no way thick. I switched from a shake for change and was thrilled to find these were the consistency of any other clear drink. It's a good quality high protein drink. I didn't have any stomach upset. I ordered the strawberry watermelon. It's highly flavorful which I like a more watered down flavor. I mix 50/50 with water. Looking forward to more sale prices to try other flavors.

Tastes great everyone says it smells and and is thick but mine was not.Only concern is that it made me so nauseous after going on the stair master for 15 min.🤢Usually I spread out my protein throughout the day so I didn’t think it was over/under eating

This helps hit my protein goals daily and stay hydrated. It does leave an after taste so if you are super sensitive to that I would avoid but it is not strong enough to deter me.
