Thoughts become things by Sunil Hinge
Thoughts become things is a simple, concise, and powerful approach to daily life. If you have read 'The Secret' you can relate to it in some ways. But this is much different from many other self-help books. The best thing about Thoughts become things is that the text is simple yet deep. The content is well researched and compiled in a format that even a novice can understand it. It is a great read for all age groups. The book contains simple things that have a massive impact on one's life. And it talks about how you can make simple changes to achieve your goal. The book is a good mix between the scientific approach to things and the spiritual approach to things. To make things easier for the readers, there are many graphic representations, tables, and charts. Another great thing about this book is the inspirational quotes mentioned at the beginning of almost every chapter. It is a short book and can be great for travel reads. This book highlights that you have goals and they are not unachievable. You just need a better approach to things. The book is a great motivator.

Best for Beginners, and spiritual, psychology lovers!
It's clear from its title that it's a Non-Fiction, but what's different is that this book is going to surprise you with all the knowledge it has in just 99 pages. I was amazed when I looked at its contents; at first I thought how, but after finishing it I were sure oh yes, it easily did.⠀The book is divided into mainly 4 sections and there are so many sub-sections. One is Spirituality, second is scientific (mainly psychology), third is practical approach, and last is about a formula '3P' that you need in your life if you want to achieve anything.⠀It isn't focused on one concept, it talks about diverse topics like Vipassana to Vision Board, habits of health to perfection of perseverance, and a lot more like this. A small package of spirituality, psychology and practicality.⠀Anecdotes are used to explain the concepts properly, and there are few illustrations which just lightens up the book, and balances the content.⠀The one thing I loved the most about this book is the titles of chapters are in Sanskrit, and a lot of things are connected to our roots. I also loved the simplicity, and the beauty with which the psychology is explained. However, there are ways in which the book can be improved; it needs one more round of proofreading because of typos and at some points, connection seems lost.⠀The language is beginner-friendly (the author intentionally used it and mentioned already), and narration of anecdotes were good. At so many points, it has been written in a way that you will feel that the author is talking to you, and it's beautiful. I tried the Breathing Technique mentioned in the book, and it's refreshing.⠀The book is insightful, inspiring, and felt like a quick read, but it's not, it has a lot to give and sometimes, it hard to grasp all at once, so I recommend to read it at your own pace.⠀I would recommend this book to all the Non-Fiction lovers, to psychology and spirituality lovers and to the beginners.⠀Summary: A fast-paced small Insightful package of spirituality, practicality, and psychology for a better lifestyle, and achievement of goals.

Highly effective and impactful read
This book was a short yet power packed read. All the advices given in this book were valid and could be easily applied in daily life. In the beginning it felt like whatever is written in this book has already been mentioned in other popular self help books. But eventually as I went on, I saw the differentiating factor of this book. The uniqueness of this work lies in the rare combination of Spiritual, Scientific and Practical fundamentals. I applied some of the things mentioned in this book in my own life and the results have been satisfactory indeed. I hope to apply more of its teachings in the near future and bring my life on track. The flow of the writing, the language used is pretty simple accompanied with illustrative flowcharts and diagrams which makes the reading even more interesting. Also, I personally loved that the author put little anecdotes and stories in between to justify the points that he is trying to convey, and this is indeed effective in getting the point across. I think anyone from any walk of life should read this book sometime soon.

A good self help!!
Ok, First I think this is one of the better books, I have read in quite some time. Second, I now rarely read self-help books because I had become fed up with them but something inside me made me pick this up. And, I am glad that it did. I strongly believe the good books are those that make you better understand what you already know. As the name suggests, this book acts as a guide to convert one’s thoughts and ideas into actions. This is exactly what a successful person will need. Divided across three sections and further sub-sections, this is a short yet effective book that may leave a long-lasting impression on the reader. What I liked –(1) The cover has an extremely calming influence. This helps because every time before reading the book, I look at the cover once and it helps in settling down.(2) This book gives us very practical and possible approaches as well as practices. I cannot say the same for much other extremely famous self-help.(3) The Sanskrit titles add a different flavor to the book, taking the experience to a whole new level.(4) Being a relatively shorter book, even beginners can read it. Also, this characteristic allows a reader to focus more on the content. What could have been better –(1) Certain parts felt repetitive, but I am also nitpicking here.Overall, a must-read for self-help lovers. And a good as well as an enjoyable one for everyone else. I enjoyed this one!!
