4 Pack Universal for Porsche Polyurethane Jack Pad Frame Protector by TMB

I was a bit skeptical when I received and unpackaged these lift pad "pucks", thinking they might be a bit small and molded of material that is too hard and non-compliant. But they fit the factory lift point openings of a 991.2 Porsche Carrera perfectly and protected the underside of the car from contact with the lift pad portion of a floor jack, and would do the same if a 4-arm, 2-post commercial car lift is used instead of floor jacks. Insert the oval-shaped projection on top of a puck into the opening in a Porsche floor pan reinforced lift area and then give the puck a slight twist to lock it in place. Much easier than trying to juggle the position of a lift pad and a floor jack at the same time as you operate the hydraulic jack to begin to lift the car. When finished using your jack or lift, simply untwist the puck from the car to remove it from the car.

I bought this for my Porsche Cayman. It is made of a fairly hard polyurethane that feels like hard plastic. The top part fits the jack points fairly well. Slight frustration though because the diameter of the body is kind of huge and there does not seem to be a smaller size. Several rolling jacks I have used have a cup like end that is only about 1.5" inside diameter. This adapter is more like 3" diameter. I modified it by cutting a groove in the underside with a hole saw. During the first use, the jack became "press fit" into the groove.

I bought these to use in conjunction with my Quickjack square rubber blocks to lift my 981 Cayman. My Cayman has the standard suspension and these just fit using the small Quickjack blocks. Just remember to remove them after use or they with stick to the car and you will lose them in the street.

As the description states, 'All Porsche' types, I don't suggest using this on Cayenne because the nipple is not big enough to fit snuggly in the mouth of the jack point, it has significant play therefore it doesn't feel good. I have BMW's jack pad and it provides better fit than this one. For me, this purchase was waste of $10. It may fit on other Porsche's jack point but not Cayenne, .

I bought these for a Porsche 991.1 C2S. I was a little worried that I should have purchased some of the higher tech one's I've seen on the internet that look like they would lock into the jack point on the car. These other ones are A LOT more expensive. These work great. You insert them into the jack lift point slot and twist them slightly. They then wedge in place and stick there as you set the jack in place. So, great buy and I would recommend buying two. I jack both sides at the same time and it's good to have two.

Good puck for my ‘13 911C2S. Fits and Sticks, with a slight turn, once in place. Hard enough to work; Soft enough to not damage anything.

I am getting a lot of use of these, they provide a stable jack point while not damaging the metal on the underside of the car. It can be a bit tricky getting this pad to be in the jack point of the vehicle while I position the jack so it takes some coordination but this is an improvement over the metal to metal contact I used to have

Fits in the factory lift holes with no issue. Lets me use my floor jack easily with problem of damaging my vehicle.Bottom Line: Thumbs up.

This would probably (maybe) work on my Porsche but the part that is raised up is so small I'm afraid to use it on such an expensive car in case it fails or slips. Because of that, I searched and bought a far more expensive one that was shipped from the UK which is attached to a hockey puck. It is way more solid, larger and designed to properly fit the large rectangular hole in the frame for jacking up a Porsche.
