Great external storage device. You can plug this device in and use it, no formatting required. Connects without an issue and has no intermittent connectivity issues like we've experienced with other USB devices. Fast transfer speed for backing up files. Super easy to use!

Great price and arrived quickly. It was easy to connect, easy to use. I’ve taken extremely good care of it so I know I’ve done my part.It provided massive storage for everything from documents to videos BUT now it’s no longer working and I’ve lost tons of valuable and treasured items that would of been completely lost if it weren’t for the back-up in the cloud. Sadly, everything wasn’t backed-up in the cloud. And recently I realized a lot of it is stored in Amazon Photos, but not everything.I took it to my favorite tech guy. He said part of it was dead. He had a connector that was able to see and transfer all of the files to my laptop. He spoke highly of this brand and suggested leaving it connected to my laptop all the time may have caused the error.This has impressed on me the importance of storing things that are irreplaceable in multiple places.

SSD is perfect for storing my videos, photos and other necessary things. I do a lot of computer work so it’s been an absolute life saver. Functionality wise doesn’t give me a single problem, I know exactly which file to put all my stuff in giving it amazing accessibility and readability.

I bought this for my granddaughter who loses things. The ssd hard drive connects with a data cable USB-A on one end and a proprietary connector on the other end, not USB C. Lose the proprietary cable and you will need to buy another one. The website only says "USB 3.0 Cable". You must open the package to see how the cable connects to the HD SSD drive. Technology Traders is willing to take back the drive for a $4.43 USPS fee plus a 20% restocking fee of approximately $14.00 because I opened the item. I will never again buy anything from Technology Traders.
