Wow! This works great IN COMBINATION WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING!
I was told about Glylo by a Buck Institute researcher who is researching fasting and aging. I'm a 58 yo woman whose weight has yo-yo-ed all of my life. I now do 18 hours of fasting and 6 hours of eating. The results have been MIRACULOUS.It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. Yes, I take a couple of days off per week, but I don't go crazy with the fast-food on non-fasting days, well, not usually. I try to be reasonable. I take one Glylo in the morning. I think I may bump it to two soon. Start with one, I was told.And I feel great! I feel robust (even though I have some existing health issues). I feel alert and just able to fulfill my commitments. Our ancestors didn't have food at the ready 24/7 or even 12/7, they ate when there was food and didn't eat when there wasn't. My mom grew up in the Depression and sometimes there just wasn't any food. But they survived.Cut to today, I don't like to feel hungry so I have snacks handy or I eat when I see something that looks yummy — my parents nor my grandparents ate that way. Well, that’s not exactly true – my grandmother discovered fast and easy food in her old age and her health suffered for it.The Buck Institute does a lot of good research, so I tried this product WITH INTERMITTENT FASTING. (I think that's the difference between the great product reviews and the poor reviews). Fasting along with Glylo is the most important part. Combine the two because if you’re looking for a fast and easy weight loss “cure,“ that magical pill doesn’t exist. You need to combine this with some sort of restraint, healthy eating, or better yet, intermittent fasting at least 5 days per week.

This is not a weight loss product
This item claims to be for weight control, whatever that means. It may help with sugar digestion? But it does not cause any weight loss after using 1 whole bottle. Waste of money.

What an incredible supplement!
I wanted to get through the first bottle first and then write my review, but so far my experience has been extremely good! I feel like my sugar and carb cravings have been reduced without feeling like a diet pill where you don’t have an appetite for anything. Even when I have indulged I don’t end up eating as much. The days that I don’t take GLYLO I definitely notice an increase in my sugar cravings. Also… what was an added wonderful surprise… I’ve lost 9lb!I also haven’t felt huge dips in my blood sugar and my energy level is sustained throughout the day, including during exercise. My mood has improved and my energy is noticeably up without causing any anxiousness or restlessness. Brain fog feels diminished as well, which is a huge plus working in healthcare where brain fog could lead to patient safety concerns. I already take a B complex vitamin so the improvement I’ve noticed isn’t due to resolving a B vitamin deficiency. I haven’t experienced any side effects of any kind. It’s all very exciting, so much so that I’ve told my close friends and family to try it. Looking forward to continued results!!

Not sure if it helped
These didn’t hurt, but not so sure if they helped. One thing that will keep me from purchasing these again…..the capsules had a fine coating of powdery substance on them which made me cough. Need lots of water with these.

I think it works!
I have been taking one pill a day, normally around 2:00 pm. It does cut my appetite and gives energy in the afternoon.

High hopes, but no noticeable results
I had really high hopes that this supplement would boost my energy and potentially reduce my appetite, but after taking it regularly for a few weeks, I am still not noticing any effects, good or bad. The science behind the supplement seemed really promising, so I was hoping for more dramatic results. It seems based on the reviews that it really works for some people. Perhaps I'm just a non-responder, but I do not plan on repurchasing.

The only supplement that drastically improved my health!
Growing up as an athlete, I didn't realize how blessed I was with my health until I started struggling with fatigue, IBS, inflammation, migraine, depression, and weight gain in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the doctors could not find the root cause for my migraine, fatigue, and weight gain.To maintain my daily routine at a bare minimum, I have tried and am consistently consuming large amount of supplements - prebiotics, probiotics, chlorophyll, vitamin B, vitamin D + K, turmeric, potassium, magnesium. Besides maintaining a 5-6 days healthy diet with lots of veggies plus protein, less meat, sugar, and salt, and a day of cheat day over the weekends.Then, I found Juvify through an ad, read more about it and its related research effort online, and decided to give it a try. To have more controlled trial environment, I have paused all of my other supplements except vit. D and chlorophyll due to the fact that I had started with only these supplements before and know how my body responds with only these two supplements. In the last two weeks, I've been consuming Juvify, vit. D, and chlorophyll on empty stomach in the morning while maintaining a 16:8 or 18:6 intermittent fasting schedule. Except I was having 2 cheat days instead of 1 like I used to do.About 3 days into adding Juvify to my daily supplements consumption, I noticed myself feeling less fatigue with better mind clarity and lower stress level. One week later, I weighed myself and had lost 2 lbs even though I had been eating more without additional exercise. Now I am nearing two weeks of using Juvify, my menstruation cycle that had gotten irregular since my health deteriorated is punctual again. Although there was a noticeable increase in sugar craving despite the reduced appetite, I've lost another 2 lbs without exerting effort and am feeling energized like I used to before falling ill. Even though I was consuming more carbs than usual during this period, my body remained in ketosis. I noticed myself being more mindful about my emotions and how I react to them, and that my mental processing seems a lot quicker. My partner also told me I appear a lot calmer and focused in these two weeks.Highly recommend this to anyone that has been struggling with their health!
