Q: Are these lashes self-adhesive??

No, They are not self adhesive. I actually get a latex/rubber style glue and they don't budge until I take them off. YOu can find them on Amazon in black and clear and already in a container like MAscara with a Thin brush attached . I suppose if you had a steady hand, applied a scant amount of adhesive and had the contour under your eyes, you might be able to apply them under your lower lashes. I use mine on the upper eyelids
