Overall first impressions I give it a 3.5/5. If it holds up at least 2 or 3 years I'd give it a 4 to 4.5.Delivery is fast. Easy install, two mounting brackets and the blind just clips onto those, screws and anything else needed is included.The material the blind is made out of looks good, I really like that part. Nice stitching at the bottom, looks very nice.Now the rest of the blind does look a little cheap. The housing is alright, just matte black plastic, from a few feet away looks pretty good. The cord to raise and lower the blind isn't great, reminds me of those plastic Mardi gras beads. And the gear inside the housing is also plastic so I'm a little worried how long that will last. Raising and lowering the blind is very smooth though.So for $40 and being made in China, it's an alright deal. Most blinds I've bought before end up being cheap plastic things that break eventually. If it was a little cheaper like $25 to $30 range it would be an easy recommendation. At this price, as long as it lasts a while with normal usage, I'll be pretty happy and probably would buy another.

Absolutely no light gets through this thing. The only thing that I can see is a small halo around where the blind covers the window. And because the blind is straight with no folds and no pleats, that halo is very thin.At night it's like living in a scary, scary void, populated by God-knows-what. I certainly don't know; it's too freaking dark! Makes sleeping a nightmare, because now every bump I hear is a potential axe murderer.Also, there's no more glare on my TV.

Bought the black set for my game room. Not only to the completely block out the light but they look clean and simple. 100% the easiest blinds I’ve ever installed! Just screw the brackets to the window and they snap right on super easy!.
