It is so difficult to find alcohol free vanilla. This fills that void perfectly. It is real, from the vanilla bean….not vanilla flavored as so many are. It is also Madagascar, tasty. Given those attributes the price is very reasonable. Love the flavor!

Love this vanilla powder- the fragrance from it as soon as you open the pouch is absolutely divine, and the flavor amazing! Very fresh and delicious- I use it on oatmeal, in smoothies, tea, and even stir it into pb. Will definitely become a repeat customer :)

I wanted to try this in place of extract that contains alcohol but sometimes the extract/liquid works better in recipes.Mostly use this for coffee or oatmeal so I like it, but I’ll continue to buy the extract as well.

First, understand that vanilla is an expensive spice in whatever form you buy it. Second, understand that 1 ounce of vanilla powder is an incredibly small amount and very lightweight, since there is no water, or alcohol, or bottle to contain it. The powder arrives in a small heavy-duty zip-top bag to keep it fresh. I was beyond surprised at the seemingly small amount when it arrived. After you have realized and accepted the price and small amount, you will be delighted at its ease of use. It is easy and tidy to measure with no sticky drips to clean up. That is my pet peeve with the liquid. You only use half as much of the dry powder as you would use of the liquid and since it doesn’t drip, there is no wasted product. I am still evaluating its potency compared to the liquid. I will post an update, if needed.

Just right to make vanilla sugar

Couldn't believe how small the package was - think unsweetened Cool-Aid packets. My bad on that-should have noted the 1 oz size, but really, $15??? And it really doesn't taste that great. Was hoping for an alternative to vanilla bean paste. This was not it. Do NOT recommend.

I was intrigued when I saw this product. I thought I'd give it a try. When I opened the bag, it seemed like a sawdust consistency. But when I added a tiny bit to my cookies, frosting, and ice cream bases...OMG! MINDBLOWING!!! The flavor of each item was soooo much better! Just a tiny bit is all you need (like 1/4 tsp.) and you will never go back. YUM!!!

Very happy with this vanilla. It's difficult to find powdered vanilla in the stores. I like to carry some in my tote bag and add it to any hot beverage I order when I'm out.

Tasteless

First time purchasing a vanilla powder and it’s a great addition to baking !!

I purchased this product thinking it was a very concentrated Vanilla Bean flavour. However, after using it few times, it does not produce the desired results/flavour at all. I have also tried using more bean powder amount and still no noticeable essence and white cake turns into brown colour. Price paid for the product not worth it.
