Nice product and very good customer service!
Excellent response from the team in India - when I first received the product, there were 2 cups with broken handles even though the cups were neatly and thoroughly packed. Reached out to the customer service and after a few text exchanges, got 2 new cups as a replacement. Very pleased with the purchase!

Good looking but difficult to hold
The cups look absolutely beautiful. But the cup holder is round is small. If you full the cup, lifting it becomes difficult, unless you use your other hand to support it. Since there are no saucers, the holder needs to improve.
