I am the grandson of two Hungarian immigrants.My father was a proud Hungarian.This paprika is the BEST, AUTHENTIC paprika I have ever found.Great for making chicken paprikas, deviled eggs, tuna salad and to sprinkle over lots of other foods.Delicious. It is expensive, but worth it. Just buy it and enjoy.

I could hardly believe the beautiful bright red color and fresh smell of this product. It tastes very little like the dark red and sometimes brown paprika and an 'old' dried smell and taste. I can never go back to the regular grocery store paprika again. Wish I had known about and tried this many decades ago.
