This was the only supplement that included all the vitamins etc. that I was looking for without biotin (which causes cystic acne on my chin). Seems to be working well, lines around my mouth looks better. I will continue to purchase!

This contains ingredients that will likely help your skin. It includes many ingredients that I already take for the health of my skin, including collagen, lycopene, MSM, and ceramides. If you take this for long enough, you'll likely see subtle improvements in your skin health, although no supplement is going to be a miracle in this area.These chemicals address skin health in a variety of ways, at the amino acid level (collagen), skin protection (lycopene), and also replacing substances in the skin that keep skin elastic (ceramides).My only small issue is that the amounts of each chemical are kind of low. For example, I tend to take 10 mg of lycopene daily, rather than the 4 mg in this formula. This is a broad formula, so you may need a little more of each chemical than is offered here. Nonetheless, it's a solid formula.

I've been taking collagen supplements for quite some time, ever since I heard about their skin-enhancing properties, and how they're popular in Asia. They absolutely do work, but results take a long time to show up. You probably shouldn't expect to see any changes before at least six months. My skin is amazing now. So soft and supple! I'm an older (sigh) lady and have thick, lustrous hair and lashes, and great nails too. I can't guarantee it's due to the collagen supplements, but I'm not giving them up to find out.I'm not picky about brands of collagen, and I basically take any that are made in the US. These seem pretty good, especially with multiple sources of collagen, plus other ingredients that are good for the skin. Easy to swallow. Happy with them.

I wanted to try this in order to maintain my skin health. I initially chose this because of the wide mix of beneficial components and as well with nothing synthetic or artificial in the ingredients. This is another one of those supplements you won't see results quickly. Over time they may work. This supplement has good ingredients, they are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Even though there are 120 capsules for a decent price, you have to take 2 to 4 capsules a day.

Arrived sealed so I feel safe taking these. They are easy enough to swallow and don't have an after taste. I think they are helping but I am not sure.
