Do NOT BUY THESE!! Item exploded backwards on to my pregnant friends belly and bruised her badly! The staples even came apart and caused serious pain. Have already contacted Amazon directly. Thankfully my friend went to the ER afterwards and has a checkup and the baby is fine. Do NOT Purchase!!

Although these Poppers served their purpose, the powder inside the cans leaked easily and some of the Guests at the Gender Reveal saw the Pink substance all over my Black shirt BEFORE the count down to Pop them. That made it easy for them to guess the Baby’s Gender for monetary prizes which was not fair to those who didn’t see- as I tried frantically to remove all traces of the powder immediately. So be very careful when holding them, especially if you’re wearing dark colored clothes. lol.Also, the little stickers on the bottom of the cans that identify the “Color” inside were hard to peel off without the potential of poking a hole in them which causes the powder to leak out. I expected a BIGGER cloud of powder to shoot out since I bought two boxes, but I guess something is better than nothing. I would like to blame that on the Wind,but it really wasn’t that windy that day. lol. Next time, I’ll be sure to get four boxes for a Bigger color cloud or just have everyone stand right next to each other to form a bigger cloud of color.

I was not impressed with this product. We bought these to surprise our kids with the gender of their new sibling, so we already knew ahead of time BUT if we had not, the blue powder all over the outside of each canon would have given it away and left us so disappointed!

We had high hopes for this. Had my kids ranging from 5-13 line up to shoot the cannon. It was a flop. They weren't able to twist the bottom as directed. So the adults attempted to shoot the cannons for them, and still struggled for a while until 2 of the four went off. Eventually the 3 went off with using great strength. The fourth wouldn't go off at all. My 13 year old had to eventually strike it against a tree for it to go off. It was a disaster. I had no idea these kid of problems would have occurred. Otherwise I would have gone a different route.

We were a bit nervous about using these due to the reviews, but they worked out perfectly! We peeled off the bottom and turned the canister in the direction the label had shown and they popped out our blue smoke! Our family was very surprised! The only thing I would recommend is turning against the wind. The wind shifted right as we popped them and my husband’s face, shirt and hat turned blue. It wipes off easily though and made for a very funny story.
