Not Good For Those Who Have Issues Swallowing Pills
*IF* you can swallow them, these are great probiotics. The formula is well balanced; they’ll aid in keeping you regular and help with bloating. I’ve found I only have to take them every other day because they can be too effective, if you know what I mean. However, I have an extremely difficult time swallowing them (or anything in a gelatin capsule). They’re so light that they tend to bob around in my mouth on top of the liquid I try to swallow them with and I usually end up gagging on them. If you have sensitivity to swallowing pills then these may not be for you (I don’t have this issue with non-gelatin tablets). I have switched to this brand’s gummy version and find them much easier to use.

I swear by these.
I have been taking these probiotics for over 3 years. They have no taste, are easy to swallow, have no after taste. I have found they help both my digestive system but also my overall daily anxiety. So I rate them as great quality, and highly effective.

I love that there is no milk, eggs,tree nuts or peanuts. I am GF so great they are wheat free.
They are easy to use. They seem to work great. They cost more, but they seem to be made of quality ingredients. Their price is a little higher than some of the other brands on the market. I trust the quality and that they are cleaner than others on the market.

Good for those who can't swallow pills
I've been extremely happy with this product. It took about 3 weeks to feel the effects. I cant swallow pills so I open the capsules and pour the contents on a spoon of whatever I'm eating. No unpleasant taste at all.
