Helps
This actually helps very well. I would say within an hour or so I can start to feel a difference. I’ll continue to keep buying this especially when I’m PMSing. Definitely drink a lot of water prior to taking the medication because if you don’t you’ll feel really like headed and I would recommend specially following the instructions to taking it.

It's a good product but I'm not sure if it's any different than taking advil. I wouldn't say it necessary helped my bloating and water retention, although it helped my discomfort.
