Convenient yoga aid
I got this wedge to use under my hands in yoga class because I've been having pain in the heels of my palms. It helps somewhat, but not as much as I'd hoped. More of a me problem than the wedge itself lol I prefer sitting on this instead of a block, so I still find it useful.I like the color & that it's very light weight. Its also held up well - for over a year, I kept it in my car between classes, through all sorts of temperatures/ humidity & I store it with my cork blocks, which have a rough-ish texture. My only complaint is that I wish the edge on the high end was softer/ more rounded - it's a little uncomfortable when I'm putting all my weight on my hands & the edge presses into my palms.

Not a good choice for a wrist support
The angle is good, but the material is way too stiff to use as a wrist support during yoga. This hurts my wrist more than without using it.

Keeps away shin splints
I'm a runner and I do a lot of strength and mobility work. My PT had me doing calf raises on a 3" half foam roller, but that was too steep for me. This wedge has just the right amount of incline and it's comfortable to use in bare feet. When I do calf raises on this wedge, I don't get shin splints when I run.

This has been a life saver.
We got given a newer matress which had a cushion top. It was saggy on the edges. Our bed sits high off the floor. Since getting that matress I have fallen out of bed during sleep 6 times. One time my ankle was twisted badly. Putting a fist under one butt cheek became frequently. I first got one of those foam pool noodles and pushed it in the edge. That worked, but left a ridge along the side. Putting this wedge smoothed out the ridge. I was sure I had a twisted spine until we got the wedge. Now I seldom use a fist and more importantly, I haven't fallen out of bed once since then.
