I purchased this on a whim and am very happy with my experience. For me personally, I feel like I have more energy, I just feel better and I am down a few pounds which I attribute to this product as I haven't changed anything about my eating habits or routine except for taking this supplement. It has also helped to "keep me regular" which I appreciate as I am one of those people who has issues with that for whatever reason. So I give this product 5 stars as I have no reason not too. I can't say these help lose weight. They definitely make a huge difference in kidney stone pain levels For me. Just a little touch on Dr. Google and he said that vinegar/acid much help kidney stones. These did a great job at reducing the pain.

IF you're like me you need apple cider vinegar to calm your stomach, and you order these pills to help you out when traveling. Well, sorry to say but YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER THESE. They contain a strong dose of cayenne pepper which will upset your stomach even more and make you completey empty out, for like 2 days. This could be the reason why I ended up in the hospital. THE CAYENNE PEPPER POWDER SHOULD BE IN THE MAIN TITLE. gosh.
