PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD Mounting Screws Kit for Asus Gigabyte ASRock Msi Motherboards, 30pcs

My motherboard came with a toolless clip for the M.2 drive, which I managed to damage. I think regular screws are more secure anyway. Amazon sells a lot of similar kits. But this one was available with early morning delivery and I wanted to get my computer fixed this morning. It doesn't have a lot of each size. If you do this often you might need a bigger kit. But if you just need to fix one computer and maybe have some spare for the future, this should do you.Note that they don't all have the same thread. I guess different motherboards use different threads. I first tried to use standoff with the wrong thread and of course it didn't fit. Then I got the right one and it worked perfect.I like that the screws have a little larger head than some M.2 screws have. This is good.It even came with 3 brass standoffs typically used for motherboard installation. Not sure why but I guess it didn't hurt.EDIT: After upgrading/fixing my computer, I decided to upgrade my wife's. And I had the same problem a second time, bad toolless M.2 clip. I still had leftovers from this kit, so I fixed two computers with this one kit and still have leftovers. Seems like a deal to me.

For anyone with an ASUS motherboard this should work for you. I too was skeptical, I currently have a prebuilt so it didn’t come with the basic screws for the mobo so I was looking everywhere and came across this and bam it worked! I was so happy I didn’t have to return this item.

There really isn’t much to say about this thing, I was installing an M.2 SSD into my motherboard and needed screws for it and a screwdriver. It’s magnetic which I was pleasantly surprised by and eventually I did find a screw that fit. Quality is questionable but if it works, it’s fine to me.

This set comes with everything you will ever need to mount a none ssd into your pc. I have been using this for 2 years now and it has worked perfectly

Purchased a M2 SSD just to realize that my spare screw on the motherboard had fallen off at some point in the last few years. This kit shipped quick and provided a variety of screws that fit my motherboard.

Exactly what I needed. My motherboard has a 2nd m.2 nvme slot so I ordered a hard drive to increase storage capacity & remove the older SATA drives. However, I did not have any additional hardware (screws/standoff). This kit allowed me to install and secure the new nvme drive.
