As a 'beginner' at knitting, I can say for me personally that, this book is easy to understand. It has excellent large colour photos, large explanatory diagrams/charts etc to 'walk one through' all the written abbreviations and keys which has been a big help for me to be able to cross check within the book which is great if one gets stuck trying to decipher a design pattern in written wording for ones project.Also, the added bonus thing for me about this book is, it's ring bound internally. So one can open to a page and it stays on that page without having to put something there to keep that page open so you can cross check a meaning and chart helping one to get to grips with ones knitting pattern.Totally recommend.

Même s'il est en anglais, ce livre est une bible pour les tricoteurs ( teuses) il y a une foultitude de points pour les aiguilles droites et aiguilles circulaires avec les grilles pour les deux sortent d'aiguilles, mon anglais scolaire date et je m'en débrouille à merveille. je recommande cet ouvrage qui ouvre de nouvelles perspectives de tricot.

Ich liebe dieses Buch!!!Schön unterteilt in Muster aus rechts-links-Maschen - Rippenmuster - Zopfmuster - Lochmuster - Hebemaschenmuster usw.Alles super und sehr anschaulich beschrieben.Es sind wirklich ganz tolle Muster drin, viele, die ich noch in keinem anderen Buch gesehen habe.Wer noch kein Strickmuster-Buch hat, sollte sich schleunigst DIESES Buch zulegen!!! Sicher ein GUTER Kauf!!!
