Sorme Cosmetics Mineral Botanicals Blush

I was delighted to find the older formula of Sorme mineral powder at the Amazon marketplace. A former World's Gym bodybuilding model from the city of Glendale in California introduced me to this mineral powder foundation back in the year 1998. Leticia had been studying cosmetics and supplements through out her career and was known for her healthy natural look in fitness modeling.I have not found any other brand, including from famed cosmetic brands such as Laura Mercier, Smashbox or MAC, that are better formulated to disguise fine lines, wrinkles, skin spots and large pores with one single cosmetic product other than with the heavy caking of make-up.I noticed that there is new packaging for the Sorme powder and I am wary that their formularium was altered. Hoping to reach out to customers to support the old formularium of this Sorme mineral foundation so that it is not changed or becomes a discontinued product from low sales.

I really love this foundation. I bought this to refill the compact. I use it with a damp sponge. I get excellent, long lasting coverage. Each one lasts about 3 months with daily use. This removes easily at the end of the day with micellar water. I use a moisturizer mornings before and alternate a moisturizer with a Hydropeptide treatment at night. The price is also quite reasonable.

The Sorme Believable Finish Powder can be applied wet or dry. This is a refill for the compact. The power itself is very lightweight yet it provides great coverage. I have rosacea and the redness can sometimes be embarrassing. But heavy foundations that have covered it in the past not only feel awful while I'm wearing them, rub off on everything I put against my face, but they also irritated my already sensitive skin. But the Believable Finish Powder provided enough coverage for me to feel comfortable (people assumed my rosacea after applying this powder was actually applied blush or a natural flush). It wasn't heavy at all, I never felt like I was wearing make-up. The color also blends incredibly well to my skin-tone which changes a little from summer-winter, yet I can continue to use the same pigment in Sorme. I live in the Midwest and this winter has been quite dry and harsh. The finish powder actually helps keep the hydration in my skin from my morning skin care products because of the Hydrating Jojoba Oil in it and it even gives my face a soft dewy look to last throughout the day.It's clear that Sorme creates products that are for taking care of skin, not simply for covering it up. If you are looking for a lightweight feeling foundation versatile wet/dry powder that still provides medium coverage, then this is the one. It's worth spending the extra bucks on compared to other cheaper brands because you're not only getting what I just mentioned but you're also getting a product that is packed with essential ingredients to keep your skin healthy and young looking like Alpha Hydroxy acids and antioxidant Vitamin C stimulate cellular renewal to prevent aging.

I ordered this powder trying to replace my Cover Fx light illuminating powder which has now been changed to a different color/texture. This is a very good substitute. It's lightweight. very fair (but not stark white) and does not have a chalky appearance and no sparkles. I took off one star for the perfume scent. It would have been better without scent but it's still good!

I love this powder for setting my make up when finished, it is matte and with a big fluffy brush feels great going on, and for touch ups during the day it's perfection. Sadly my toddler grandson got a hold of it and dumped most of it on my beautiful area rug, doesn't come outta the rug s easy as it comes of your face...lol

Wear alone powder foundation. I've been using this for 8+yrs and absolutely love it. I've tried all the expensive "better" powders that Ulta and Sephora sale. Was hoping to find one I loved better than Sorme's due to my hair stylist can only get from State Beauty supply (licensed only) and they sell out quickly. I have a lot of redness in my skin and it's hard to find a coverage that really covers. This works wonders. May also be used as wet for a heavier coverage. I was so excited when I found it on Amazon. I will say that it's more expensive from Amazon but when State is out I at least have an option. I also love Sorme's eyebrow trio compact!! Great cosmetic company!

I have problems with a lot of cosmetic products but this one is natural and comfortable and gives great coverage as well, even without foundation underneath it. I only use a natural primer underneath.

I was glad to find this compact refill available on Amazon. I love the Sorme powder; I've used it for years. You can use it as a foundation or a powder and it provides good coverage and lasts all day long. I never did actually put this into my compact. The little plastic container it comes in is rigid enough to use like a compact and would likely be okay to put into your purse, if need be.

I love this product so much, just ordered another one as so hard to get hold of. I use liquid foundation and put a light powder finish which holds from early morning until lunchtime when I just apply another light cover which holds until evening. Love it. :)
