Excellent knife with a decent balance
I've been using Kai wasabi series for a little over 7 years, this is my 2nd gyuto. If you are a beginner for Japanese knifes, this is an excellent 101. It has a fine grip and and excellent balance. Keeps the sharpness for long. Super handy with veggies and all kinds of meat. For sharpening I would recommend a whetstone.Delivery took around 10 days, thank you.

Disappointing. I was shocked that my IKEA knife was sharper
I had really high expections after reading the reviews online, but I was disappointed by its sharpness. My IKEA knife did a better job.

Nice and sharp
