Q: What's the difference this and the RED soothing cream that's twice as expensive? The packaging only says clear cream, not clear soothing cream.

There are different variations (and packaging) of the cream based on formulation. Mainly, the “Clear Cream” has 5 cica complex. There’s also the “Clear Soothing Cream” which has 10 types of cica ingredients. “Cica Soothing Cream”, another formulation, has 300x the 5 cica complex. All work to moisten and soothe skin irritation and can be purchased at similar price range.
