I have been only taking these for a week and on day 6 of taking them my body has starter to reject all the bad toxins etc. i have found that as the tablets are on the larger side to take that seperating the capsules apart tipping the powder into water or even with meal replacement shakes/ protein shakes are just as effective if people are struggling with the size of the capsules.

I love that they don’t come over-packaged, the world doesn’t need more plastic bottles. They definitely curb my appetite and level out my blood sugar, and speed up metabolism, give a bit of a kick of energy. Balancing and extremely good value.

I decided to try these as an alternative to my usual tablets (Thermopure) and on each separate occasion, they made me feel unwell. I tried taking them with food in the mornings. Within an hour I would feel queasy and wanting to vomit. I didn't perceive an increase in energy. I tried taking them within the last month, and compared the effect of not taking them, and they definitely make me feel quite bad.

Great for getting rid of a sleepy head in the morning. Nice and easy to swallow with no taste. I think they curb my appetite as I don't need to eat at my morning tea break.
