It works !
It makes big billions float longer but small billions don't float at all :/

Insufficient Product
Firts it wasn't sealed packag ,it was mentioned on the package that it is up to 30 balloons 23cm (10") but it inflate only 15 balloons below the required the size mentioned above. Moreover that it didn't stay longer and it ruined the party at early time.
