I am not the best at pills, these capsules are a little on the large size for me had to empty them out.I know the contents will be bang on.

Well, I had no bad reaction to this capsule- in fact I took it on a icky gut day and felt actually better after a few hours- day two and I’m feeling buzzy overall. I had been taking most of the minerals in a handful of pills to try to perk up my middle aged body, get fit, lose weight and get rid of irritating minor conditions. I was getting sick of swallowing what was mainly filler which didn’t seem to have a major effect. Despite the price (dollar to pound pricing unfortunately), you get two months of tablets considerably cheaper than the cost of the individual supplements. Since there are no regulations on the supplement industry, you might get any old tat sold to you without repercussions. Honestly, having never had a ‘wow, it’s working’ experience before, I don’t think it’s a placebo effect and I assume the quality is higher than other brands. I started the gallbladder formula (increasing stomach acid and bile creation) a week ago, because I wondered if the pill line up just wasn’t getting absorbed. I’m very happy with this product, although it’s a bit confusing as to whether this product contains selenium.

Made me vomit when taken with other daily supplements, such as omega 3.Made me feel nauseous when taken on its own & therefore took just before bedtime.Can’t confirm any benefit’s after 60 capsules?Customer Service offered a satisfactory response. Thank you 🤩👍

Stomach ache after taking it. Why? I don’t know. Tried three different times same issue . Any solutinThe team was very good , I’m now taking it with yogurt or food and it’s great, empty stomach wasn’t a good idea
