I ordered 3 of these. Everyone had a flaw on it somewhere. Lacking in craftsmanship. So cute however, that I kept one.

Very cute, but does not ship well
I received this set for Christmas. Perfect as I love elephants. However, both mugs were broken. Gifters reordered for me. Second set arrived with one mug having a chip on it and a crack on the inside of the mug. So cute, but no quality control. The outside of the shipping box was fine, but obvious the chip was on the mug before it was put in box as was hairline crack. So first package maybe mishandled by carriers, second no quality control. Did not try for third.
