these are great and work as described for me. if anyone has sleeping troubles and hasn't tried these yet, i highly suggest trying them. it usually takes an elephant to put me to sleep but these are a nice drift-off that seem to do the trick

These work for me. I sleep a good 7 hours and have increased REM sleep.But I would suggest only taking one to test how you react. One works for me (I weigh 135 lbs).When following the instructions and taking two I feel tired the next day.I don't understand reviews about taste and texture - it's not supposed to be candy.

These are great and taste good. It says take two, but I only take one and within a hour I start getting tired. Great product if you need a little extra help falling asleep.

Must sleeping aids like nyquil make me fall asleep but then I wake up like a train ran me over. This make me sleep and I wake up just fine.I usually take this if I cant fall asleep. I take magnesium every night and it helps me sleep. Tastes great. No side effects. Good price

These definitely work as expected. I always thought that the more melatonin you took the better off you are but it’s actually quite the opposite. I just take two of these and then knock me completely out. I was taking 10 mg melatonin before I bought these and sometimes it was just hard falling asleep

The dummies taste okay and in the 4 nights I have tried them, have helped me go to sleep quickly. However. I noticed yesterday that I became noticeably sleepy in the afternoon and I have been groggy all day today. My smartwatch indicated I slept 7 hours last night, but I had no minutes of deep sleep. That is unusual for me. When I have taken Advil PM, I consistently was getting one to two hours of deep sleep. Despite this product's good sounding ingredients, I won't continue using it. In general, I never get sleepy in the afternoon, and I believe these gummies are the cause.
