I am on my second bottle of this stuff and it’s the BEST1) in 45 days I brought my iron storage from a 8 to a 48.2) I get SO MUCH energy from it.3) I feel great and the taste is great.4) it doesn’t upset my stomachThis is the first iron out of 5 that worked for me! I love it! My only complaint is the shipping takes soo long usually. Like 2 weeks!Take it with vitamin c for absorption and don’t have fiber within 30 minutes of taking the iron because fiber blocks iron absorption.

I absolutely love this iron, so easy to the stomach and taste great. Would buy again and again. Tho it took a while for it to come, even with prime.

I was hesitate in ordering this but it is a great buy for the money. The taste is great. I wish it came with a medicine measuring cup. This will be great for kids also because of the taste.

If you have gastrointestinal issues, this might make you nauseous. I have Crohn’s. I thought this would be perfect, because it would be to digest and absorb in the body. It made me so nauseous. The vitamin itself does not taste the best, but I would drink it with some orange juice. Orange juice will help with the taste, and also enhance the iron absorption. Vitamin C and iron should be taken together, because the Vitamin C helps iron absorb in the body. I gave it 4 stars, because it’s not necessarily the vitamin’s fault that caused me to be so nauseous. I am able to tolerate the MR Multivitamin for Hair Growth, but just not this iron supplement. I am just giving those who struggle with digestive issues.

I usually never leave reviews but I just had to with this product. I'm in my early 20s and I've had iron defiency anemia for awhile now, it got worse during the beginning of this year, so bad to the point I had constant headaches, fatigue and my hair was starting to fall out really bad. I've tried everything as far as iron pills go they always made me nauseous and sick. It was to the point I felt so defeated and really wanted to give up but I didn't! My health is important so I started looking into other options and came across this product. It is amazing!!! No bad side effects I've been taking it since July 1st, no problems with fatigue, no more ice cravings and my hair is growing. I told my doctor about it and she suggested that I up my dosage to 3 tablespoons a day. I purchased two bottles im still on my first one but im taking two so far I plan on working my way up to 3 tablespoons when im done with the first bottle. The taste is tolerable it does have a metallic taste at the end but it doesn't bother me!

I could not take an iron pill while pregnant. This was a great alternative and did the job. It helps my iron increase.

The only iron I take! I've been taking iron for years and continued to be anemic, but no more! This liquid iron has bumped my Fe results to a normal level and gives me much needed energy. I highly recommend this product if you require iron.
