Q: What is the weight limit?

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE WEIGHT LIMIT IS ON THESE. I DO KNOW THAT I'M NORMAL SIZE (165 LBS. ) AND THIS SEAT BROKE AFTER BEING USED TWO TIMES. WORST PRODUCT I EVER BOUGHT!

Q: How do you put the seat on?

The seat fits onto the shaft and there is a bolt that goes through the seat and the shaft. A lock nut secures the seat to the shaft so the seat is very secure.

Q: Can the bottom paddle be removed so you can use it for dove hunting in a field - not in the mud?

There is a welded plate on the shaft that the three legs are attached to. The legs are attached to the plate with a holt and a locking nut. I suppose you could remove the locking nut but the plate would still be there limiting how deep you could push the seat into the ground.
