Best Japanese Curry Paste… Negligent Delivery
The product is our favorite Japanese curry paste. I ordered 5 boxes that were delivered the next day and left at our door. The delivery box was soaked is some kind of soapy liquid that had leached into the contents of the box (our curry paste). All 5 boxes were ruined! I requested replacement of the ruined products and the response was the product couldn’t be returned. Thanks Amazon Prime for taking my money and not replacing the purchased products. Least you could do is give me a refund… sheesh! 🤬
