Item arrived as promised.

The only con here was there was glue at the base where these sticks meet the handle. This is the same if not a very similar bamboo massage stick that you see all across the internet. It is used for lymphatic drainage and Qigong massage. I tend to get swelling and my ankles and legs so I use it going upwards towards the heart and on my arms I go down. You can find videos on it online. The glue. Does it hurt or hinder anything? It's just ugly. It's not going to stop me from using it! In fact, I use it at least twice a day everyday. The sticks are thin which helps the vibration when hitting. I bought one on another side and the sticks were as fat as straws and did not have the same effect. So this one is of a better quality because there are more sticks. Mine hadsaround 60 sticks. I now have two and can use both hands and give myself a really good whacking. This really gets the blood flow going and gives you so much energy to start your day.
