Love the scent.

Cedar, installed for the first time smells great. Over the years, the scent wears down and while the wood looks great, the scent is barely present. Application of this spray brings back some of the scent of the wood, this appears to be a water based spry, not the oil, but I may be wrong. Either way, this spray restores the scent and perhaps brings forth the remaining oils. The bottle could be better, it leaks with rapid squeezes. Recommended for ease of application and scent.

I bought this for my closets, ended up using it in just about every room. Nice woody scent, also found it useful to spray around my window sils to keep those pesky tiny ants from coming in. Buying again!

Bottles are well sealed. That's a plus. The minus is it smells nothing like cedar. It has a strong camphor smell. Bottle shown on ad is different than bottle I received which clearly states cedar, fir needle on the front. The back label shows ingredients: cedar, fir needle, geranium, clove. I was really looking forward to refreshing my cedar wood blocks and cedar chest but will not use this.

Purchased as a natural pest repellant and find myself spraying just for the scent. It's lovely.

The bottle I received was taped to ensure that the product would not spill but it spilled anyway, so I only had about 3/4 of the content. The scent does not smell like Cedar oil but some other, muskier wood. I sprayed the cedar wood pieces I had before whose scent had dissipated and, despite sanding them down a little, the product scent did not stick. It was disappointing to get such a low quality product without a full bottle and pay that price.

I’ll start by saying that I purchased two bottles of the cedar & fir spray months ago thinking the spray would smell like cedar. Instead it smelled like a very pleasant essential oil spray with what smelled like a strong clove component so I used it as air freshener instead of spraying on clothing to keep away moths.Yesterday I received another shipment, only to find that 1) Both bottles came with weird plastic tape at the top that was supposed to prevent leaking but failed miserably. (So I was missing around a quarter of the liquid in each bottle. This spray is not inexpensive so I was displeased.). (2) The bottles were a different color and the contents smelled utterly different than the last ones —like a completely different product.This time the spray smells like straight-up cedar. I don’t detect fir or any other scent. Which would be fine if I’d ordered it for my clothes closet but this time I was looking for a repeat of the spray I’d grown accustomed to using for air freshening. So whatever. I’ll keep the 3/4 full bottles I got yesterday but I’m not happy with the lack of consistency in the product or with the sloppy approach the store took in packaging.
