Fast extraction
I was skeptical about purchasing this one because of the flange. On my wearable I use a 24mm and I believe this is a 22 with the silicone flange attached, standard 25mm without. It works great though for the price! I can get 2-3 oz in about 2 mins and usually it takes me 10-15mins. Great use for night pumping since we are just trying to get as much sleep as possible with my 6w twins. I just wish I knew what size valve it is to buy replacement since with previous pumps they tend to tear easily :(If anyone has found replacement valves or knows which would fit best, please let me know

Value for money
Really helps with getting the milk out quickly and very comfortable to use.

Good but not that good
The suction power is not as good and sometimes can hurt if you don't have a appropriate flange.

Difficult Pump
As a new mother, I was excited to explore different breastfeeding tools, and the Elfzone Manual Breast Pump caught my interest. I envisioned a simple, portable solution that would make expressing milk an easy part of my daily routine. However, after giving it a try, I found myself quite disappointed. From the very first use, I encountered significant difficulty with the pump. It became evident that achieving a successful suction was not as straightforward as I had hoped. I had to apply considerable pressure to my breast just to get started, which was both frustrating and uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying a smooth pumping experience, I found myself feeling annoyed and irritated by the effort required.Sound is another issue that stands out. The Elfzone pump is loud — far from the discreet experience I expected. Using it around my little one became quite impossible, as the noise often woke them up or disrupted their peace. It’s frustrating to have a tool meant to ease the breastfeeding journey turn into a source of disturbance. Moreover, the physical effort needed to squeeze the hand pump felt unnatural. It’s strange that such a simple device could require so much exertion. I found that it took considerably longer to express milk using this pump compared to others I have tried. The overall design seems to complicate what should be a straightforward process. In conclusion, I am genuinely sad that the Elfzone Manual Breast Pump hasn’t worked out for me. Rather than simplifying my breastfeeding journey, it has added more stress and complication. I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. I would recommend exploring other options if you are looking for a reliable and user-friendly breast pump.

Get some bang (aka milk) for your buck! Some cons.
I'm an underproducer, sad after dealing with 34DDDD my whole life, and want to try different pump options. This little sucker really does the job fast and gets a ton of liquid gold faster than either my Madela or Spectra electric pumps. Great as a travel partner. That's pretty awesome for a cheap price. The cons? Ouch, this guy is a bit painful on the nipple and left them feeling swollen. It would be great if there were flange size options to choose from when buying. The "pop" sound it makes after the squeeze is released pretty loud and would annoy anyone in the same room unlike the Haakaa. After 10 minutes it kind of hurts your hand as its a tight squeeze. The top will also randomly slowly twist off without you realizing it and feel precious milk running down your hand -it's cheaply made, which is why it's a cheap price.Overall, decent (and inexpensive) item for getting a good amount of the desired "product" and small/convenient to toss in your bag. You just have to suck it up if you want can handle the loud sound, painful nipples and random leakage. I'd say still worth it for a travel companion option, but maybe try the Haakaa too and see which mobile one works for you.

Love it! My best pump yet.
This pump is awesome. There's a little learning curve to figure it how to use it without hurting yourself.(Firstly position the flange so your nip is properly centered.)Step1. I start by mimicking the rhythm of the electric pump- quick shallow "pulse pumps" to prime your nipple.2. After a minute or 2 do a practice long pump (squeeze the handle more) if it doesn't hurt you- then you're ready to pump. If it hurts keep pulse pumping some more.3. You're ready to pump when you start seeing milk come out and there's no pain. 4. Find your rhythm- I do a quick 6 pulses then release, or a long hold then release. Both are about the same result but I interchange.5. If the flow slows down, try to lift your boob and get other angles there may still be some in there.I love this pump. It works faster than the electric and it's easy to clean. Not too many parts and it's easy to assemble.I'm gonna buy another so I can always have one clean in my room. This is for my second baby, the 5th pump I've ever experienced. It gets out the most milk- even from my low flow right boob lol.
