Good product
Likes- fine powder that desolves well with little or no discernable taste. Helps to relieve back and joint pain. I take about 1/3‐1/2 tsp. In warm water with lemon as I sit on my porch and greet the sunrise of the new day. Greybeard

Really works to regrow hair!
I have PCOS and when my doctor made me go off of the pill last year - I just turned 50 - all my PCOS symptoms returned with a vengeance, including hair loss. After no help from my doctors - they put me on Metformin, which did not work - I did a lot of research on PCOS and supplements to help the multitude of issues that go along with it, and for hair loss MSM kept coming up. I purchased this in October 2018, and today, February 2019, I can honestly say I have massive hair regrowth! I thought my hair was just being super frizzy due to the cold, wet winter, but then realized it was due to the new hair growing! I love the little scoop that comes with it - I use two scoops every a.m. diluted in 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water. I think I have only gone through about half the container. Very little taste. Reputable brand. Great price!

Just Started Using It
I have just started using this MSM and so far I like it. But the scooping spoon is too little for me I don’t know about others. I am also comfortable that it’s unflavored too apart from the little butter taste which makes it unique.

Taste awful
Not sure if I got a bad batch or if others reviewing just haven’t noticed the taste. It is sour like aspirin and horrible. Not sure if the effect on joints yet as I’ve only used it a few days now. Will update review once I’ve taken a few weeks. It does not come with a scoop and only found how much to take in the reviews so I’ve been taking too much lol. Will update once I see how effective it is on joint pain

I noticed my edges are growing in . I have been using this for a month. Nails are growing , skin looking better . I like it l will definitely buy it again.
