I bought these for my 80 year old father. He is not a vitamin taker but after breaking his right femur then his left ankle while healing, he was desperate to get his life back. These are terrible! We thought they were gummy vitamins and bit into them. A nasty black/green algae liquid spurted out from the thick softgel. The instructions on the bottle are so small they are illegible without a magnifying glass. I don't think I'll ever get this taste out of my mouth! Wish I could return them. Do not recommend!
