Great esp for the money.
Great. Powerful Velcro keeps it on. Not cold enough on the soft side so I use the other side and it’s def cold! Lasts about 15 mins.

What a exllent product !
The Reusable Hot and Cold Ice Packs for Injuries (3-Piece Set), Joint Pain, Muscle Soreness and Body Inflammation - Reusable Gel Wraps - Adjustable & Flexible for Knees, Back, Shoulders, Arms and Legs is just as they describe it. I have Spinal Stenosis, sciatica, a shoulder scapula, pull muscle on my elbow right arm and a lot of inflammation. ok with that, if anyone has experience any of these painful traumas know how painful it can be and the discomfort that comes with it, I have tried everything thing one can come up with to easy my pain and finally I came across this product and have found a tremendous relief. What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient. I recommended this product to anyone that is in any discomfort. I am 76 years old, and I didn't think it was possible but yes am able to sleep more and laugh a little. Thank for your product and for impacting my life in a big way. (-:

Good value, but wish it wrapped around the entire knee!Does the job for a 15-20 minute icing of the knee, without being too, too cold.

Recommended Product
This product fit my need to ice my knee after total knee replacement. It kept its cool for the required 20 minutes required by my post surgery needs. It was easy to apply and I recommend it.

Awesome product!!!
Used this at a friend's house after a day of hiking and over-extending my knee. A few hours later I was able to play pickleball! This product does the job when you have knee pain or injury! I ordered one as soon as I got home!

Best for knee surgery healing and sore knees
Great quality and great size easy to adjust and very comfortable has a soft material on the Inside so I need for towels ect it would be great for post knee surgery healing and also anyone with sore knees I’d get two if both knees hurt but it works wonders it is flexible too so you can walk around with it on
