This recorder was for my 6 year old daughter and she loves it. It sounds decent and is good quality. Just what we wanted.

I remembered my very first instrument (besides the kids keyboards) being a recorder, so I bought her a voice recorder and this kind of recorder. She's very musically inclined, which I love because her father and I are as well, and so we are very much wanting to encourage her as she wades into the musical arts. At the moment, it's more fun for her to just make noise with it, and I know that phase will pass when she realizes she can make actual music with it. I am hoping this will motivate her to seek out other instruments in the future and it was a sound purchase, and it's very pretty too!

Absolute must of your little one loves music and sounds. My little girl loves to play with this and enjoys the sounds that come out. For us parents it might be a little frustrating sounds and all but it’s so great to see your little ones joy. She throws this thing everywhere and it has help up great.

I bought this as a music teacher to be sure my recorder is separated (different color and all) from my students. I didn’t expect much with the price being what it is, but it sounds just as good as the more expensive recorders our school buys!

Great for young kids they love them
