I purchased this for my mom who is unable to sit very long, and I am so glad I did !! She was so tired of the no rinse products. It's easy to set up and use. I used her IV pole to hold the bag and raised it was high as I could, and the sprayer actually had enough force to rinse the scalp good. The bowl is plenty deep, but I kept draining it down just to make sure the water didn't run out around her neck. My only complaint is the bag had a very small leak where the tube comes out, but nothing a drop of silicon can't fix. Although I wouldn't recommend this for long and\or thick hair, but for shorter hair, or in my moms case, shoulder length \thinner hair, it is fantastic. And the price makes it even better.

My mother is confined to a medical bed for now and was really tired of waterless shampoo. Being a nurse I knew these types of products existed so I searched and found this and ordered it. I will say the hanging bag with the shower hose is useless. I tried using it the first time I washed her hair and immediately the tubing started leaking where it attaches to the bag. The tube just slides into a hard plastic fitting and there is no way of securing it or tighten it to stop the leaking. Before I could remove the bag from the IV pole the tubing came out of the fitting and water went everywhere soaking her and the bed. The warm water seems to loosen the fittings and the tubing slipped out, there needs to be a different way to attach and secure the tubing. The shampoo tub itself is great and we have used it several times. Instead of using the hanging shower bag I put water in a container and pour the water from it to wet and rinse her hair. Doing that keeps her and the bed from getting soaked.

Works great, but have had to rebuy a few time due the the crease on the inside neck area ripping. It cones with a repair patch but it just cant fix it in that crease. I don't use spout or water bag so dont know about that. Usually last about 4-5 months using it once a week.

The air pump was broke. The bag leaks where the sprayer is connected.Over all I like the product as it made it easier for me to wash my husband's hair.

Yikes. I am almost 100% immobile due to severe leg and lower back pain. I use a walker to barely walk a few feet, and a wheelchair. Product seemed to be good quality, but oh boy. No clear instructions came with the materials. The only instructions found were on the actual Amazon page where you buy it. I had trouble finding the correct nozzle to fill up the shampoo bowl. When I did, the air pump started working, but had holes in the top that blew the air out of the shampoo bowl, so no air was going into the bowl. The "instructions" said pump 2-3 minutes, but I sat there for 5, attempting to get any air in the bowl...nothing. Very disappointing.

This is truly awesome we use it today 5/24/21...my mom is bed bound and her bath aid ready appreciate it more then my mom I think 😆🤣...very easy to use the only thing is I wish it came with a stand the hold the bag for the water 💧....but other than that im so glad I got this for my Mothers 💜🙏🏽

Missing part! Where is the stand that supposed to be included with this package.The stand is needed toHang the water bag up on! It showsIn the photo , but was not included in the package I received! This missing part is essentially needed for it to work properly!

Is very worth the purchase but i wish the drain was in a different place
