I have had to score it lower as, it's not what my wife is used to.. Firstly the cutters, she had hoped to use with flowers? They barely cut the wire! The wife is very flimsy and, she had to, put 2 together to, get any thickness and even then, it wasn't that great. As yet she hasn't used the tape. But, she hopes the quality and that it sticks well, will be there! If you are using it for, did cut flowers with a low weight card then, it should be fine. But, not for the flowers she used. Sadly she can't recommend it. But, it did arrive quickly and, for what it is, it is value. However, if you are using flowers with thick and wired stems then, the cutters will not cut them. She had hoped for much with this set. Woo sorry for her, it didn't live up to the quality she, normally uses.. P. A. W.

This is a good, decently priced set.I don't do floristry but I do make a lot of papier mache birds and this little set is really useful.The straight wires arrived bent, so do check that will work for you. It's straightforward to straighten them out (that's a lot of 'straight' in one sentence!) but I know people often want to get stuck in to a project immediately.The paper tape is very useful, it sticks to itself as you wrap it, just make sure you keep it fairly tight. I use a lot of this.The cutters are small which I like and although nothing special they are fine for trimming wire.All in all I think this is a good set, delivered quickly and in perfect condition.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

Thought this kit was pretty good value, however I am disappointed with the floral stem wires, they were too thin so had to twist 3 together to get any strength. Everything else was good.

We made paper flowers using the kit and crepe paper. The stems were thinner & the wire was thicker than I imagined and the tape was proper florist tape. Luckily we had some florists in our group who helped us. It all worked and we managed to make some lovely flowers

The wire strands are super thin and don’t support the stems. The tape just doesn’t stick, the pliers are goodShould have known it was too good to be true

The stems are extremely thin I'm having to weave two together most of the time and the paper on them just unravels. The sticky tape is not sticky at all. I had to waste about two meters of it to even get to some that seemed somewhat sticky but even that just unravels after a minute. I haven't tried the clippers yet.

good starter kit but could maybe have done with some green sticky tape too
