Not for young children because paper pages are fragile. But the wood cover looks very nice and it is an awesome gift.

I like how it has different color temperatures

It took a minute for me to figure the lamp out. The description and featured photo says "warm light," but the light is bright cool white light when you first open the book. It took me some reviewing of the more detailed description to see that I needed to open and close it three times in rapid succession to get it to the warmest level of light. It also takes some wiggling and bending of the flexible spine to get the book to open up and lay all the way flat. Once I figured out those easy enough steps, I was quite pleased. The lamp is a cute and interesting addition to a book lover's book shelf!

Love this book lamp. High quality and durable materials were used to make this product. Throws off a nice glow no matter how it is situated. Looks great sitting on a bookshelf as well. Lasts a good amount of time between chargings. A unique idea that would make a great gift as well. Highly recommended.

It’s smaller than I expected, but that’s my fault for not reading the dimensions. It didn’t come charged and took about an hour to fully charge. But when it did, boy is it bright and beautiful. My nephew loved it and uses it as his reading night light.

Great little ambient light. The fact that it looks like a book when it’s closed is a plus. I’ve already found a new way to use it in my space! It’s on the smaller side but it’s good enough for a small room. Lighter than a book this side would be and the laser cut detail on the spine is cool.

Great graduation gift! Light when you need it. Sits on the desk or any flat surface. Close it slide it on a bookcase out of the way. No charge it and have light wherever you need it. It’s bright enough to read by. Perfect for dorm.
