I keep reordering this product because it has stopped my hair loss and my nails were always strong and rarely broke, but as you get older they get a little weaker. This product brought my nails back to their former strength and i'm very pleased with this product.

I really like these hair vitamins. My hair line was receding really badly and after 3 months of taking them, I'm seeing some regrowth and my hair grows longer without breaking off. It seems thicker too. I stopped taking them for a few months due to having to cut back financially, but I've started back and looking forward to even more results.

So far so good! I'm on my second bottle and getting compliments about looking well! From my own observation I'd say it's definitely helping. I tried it because I was wondering if something internal would make a difference. Self observation suggests that it does! I just recommended it to a friend..

If you have a problem swallowing pills, I don't recommend this particular one. It's very large. Other than that, Life Extension is always a good product.

Had I know that the daily dose was three, I would have purcased another brand. While I am sure that they are good, they are SO BIG. I would have preferred to take only one.

I’m not seeing a difference.

I eased my way into using this and only took 2 a day. I did not see any change. For the last week, I have taken three a day and what I noticed most is that my hair is softer. I will do one more bottle at full dosage and see what happens.

My nails were the first thing I noticed. They were stronger and grew faster. Then I noticed that my hair felt thicker and is growing faster and not splitting on the ends. I've been using this for four months now. And I've given a bottle to a friend
