Great! Love the velositol. Taste is not bad

Accurate Flavor, Seems to Help Recovery
Supplements are tough to review. Whether or not they actually work is not easy to determine.First of all, the "Gummy Worm" flavor is extremely accurate. I chose it so that I could mix it with the Gummy Worm Pre-Workout, which works well. I personally like it, though it's definitely not for everyone.Other than that, I do think that my recovery has been a bit faster while using this product, and I haven't noticed anything negative to say.

Its expensive but its not pain killer
Everyone will find different results with something like this. For me I like to take this after a hard day of work and it makes the next morning less sore. Its not pain killer, its more of a recovery as you sleep. I highly suggest using it.

Very Taste Addition to Water
I add 1 scoop of this powder to 16 ounces of water. It is very refreshing when I'm working out! But, I don't just drink this when I'm working out, I wake up and have about a half scoop in 16 ounces of water, and I do the same after dinner. It is so much tastier than plain old water, and this helps me to drink adequate water throughout the day.I don't know how the ingredients affect me on a science-y level, but I do know that on mornings that I skip this powder (and just have plain water) I don't feel as well-hydrated. So there must be something to it.Deducted one star for the packaging; once you open it, the outer label moves all over the place, which makes it hard to screw the lid off or on. This happens with every flavor, too, because I've tried them all. For all that is holy: please, trim the size of the label down!

Bit too sweet but..
It grows on you. I have been loving iced tea lately so in an effort to not drink copious amounts of sugar filled iced tea I picked this up to replace. It's incredibly sweet so I do half a swrving size. Can't do the full 2 scoops unless I squeeze a whole lemon in. It's THAT sweet. Thrilled I found iced tea flavored bcaas though! Been really enjoying it on my workouts and it keeps my cravings at bay.
