Hi there, if you using a sea salt soak solution, you want to soak the piercing first for about five minutes. Then, pat the piercing dry. Next, apply the oil and massage it into the tissue. Q: Can it healed the keloid in side of the nose ?

Hi there... if you have a keloid inside of your nose, it is going to be very sensitive! This oil is for external use... I would not put it up inside the nostril, but you can apply it on the outside of the nose and gently massage it into the tissue. Make sure you are wearing TITANIUM metal jewelry, as all other metal (including gold and stainless steel) contain nickel, which will irritate your tissue. Metal irritation is the #1 cause of bumps, so please make sure you are wearing titanium jewelry until it is fully healed. Use the oil twice a day, and be patient with your bump.
