I am really not happy at all.Bought a pair and as soon as I got them out of the box, I could see one shoe has slightly different colour ( less black ) - and less of a high sheen.Bought another pair ( and hoped it was just a one-off problem ). Could not believe it ...- same thing with second pair - one very shiny shoe in black - the other a 'less black' colour and a duller and less shiny surface / material.Both will now be returned and I will never buy this brand again. These shoes should not have passed quality control !Very sad as feel nice and comfortable - but left and right shoe ( both pairs bought ) are so obviously not same colour or sheen ....

From Ordering to Receiving Delivery,, We were kept in touch will E-mails, telling Us about where shoes were.. She was so #HAPPY , as They Arrived Earlier than Dated, Fitted her Really well as Expected,, so she then Order's More.. as she says they are so Comfortable.. These shoes are so comfy. I am on my feet all day at work and they remain smart looking, have a great fit, comfort inner soles and non slip sole. By the end of the day my feet still feel good. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I also wear them out as they look good with a neat skirt or trousers too. They polish up brilliantly and have kept their shape too. I am a size 8-9 (or a 42 in Euro sizes). I bought the size 8 and they fit really well. Excellent shoes!

I bought plain for general use and liked them so much bought the patent ones for dressy occasions. I found them a little big but out an insole in and they are perfect. When these wear out I hope I can replace them.

I've emailed at least 6 times as I have no printer for the returns label for these shoes, nor a friend who has a printer. I've repeatedly asked you to send me a return label & got not even one response to emails.PLEASE SEND RETURN LABEK time is running out! Thankyou

Perfect managed to get everything correct for my wife she loves them and finds them very comfortableOnly down side she said they are a little large but has had them on all the time

I bought a size five as I would normally buy but they are too big. Knowing that I would definitely buy a size smaller. I am very happy with them. They look expensive but were very cheap. I will probably buy more but a smaller size.

Returning as they was for my mother who thinks she smell strange and also she said even through they was a cheap price they look even cheaper
