Using these in our restaurant
Good, heavy weights. We're pressing home fries, burger patties, sausage, etc.We have several and they hold up well, clean well. Be sure to keep the area between the wood handle and metal clean!

Great Item Great Service
This product is very good......however the advertising is very misleading. I thought I was ordering a pack of 3. Coincidentally they show 3 of them in the picture, and 2 in the picture of 2. The little drop menu even says 2pk. As it turns out its size. The number 3 is the largest one. Its a good product but very misleading......UPDATE..this company responded promptly and sent out my entire order correctly. The product is very good and the service was great. Would buy again.

Big heavy pieces of metal
They're big pieces of heavy metal with a wooden handle. It would be pretty hard to mess that up, and they did not.

BACON PRESSES
Well nice for bacon and store bought hamburgers. Or a paper weight if needed. I'm a long time fan of cast iron pans an always wanted this for my cooking. Solid not too heavy but just right for the kitchen.

Hefty. Apply a little TLC
Great size for flatop, using 2 at a time. Heavy enough to dod thw job well. With care should last a lifetime. The only thing that will need extra care is the wooden handles. Over time (several years) I expect the handle would dry out and crack or split. Mine is still new so I took off the handle off and soaked in mineral oil overnight. Since handles were off I seasoned the cast iron twice. Applied oil, set oven to 450 for 30 minutes. I let them cool for 3 hours then repeated the process. In my experience a little effort now will pay off in the future. I absolutely hate rust and I live near the gulf coast. If I didn't do this now I would end up tossing them when the rust started. Did I mention I hate rust?
