Finally, a calcium supplement that I can swallow without gagging!I was actually looking for a magnesium supplement because I suffer from chronic anxiety (PTSD, to be specific) and heard that magnesium gets depleted from stress, creating a vicious cycle.I also should be taking calcium, since osteoporosis runs in my family on both sides...but all of the tablets I had tried before made me nauseous no matter what and I never stuck with it. I'm zinc deficient and have thinning hair in spots because of it, so that was another mineral I needed to take but never remembered to. Obviously Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption.This softgel is essentially all of the minerals/vitamins I need combined. Thank goodness I happened upon this combo because I am TERRIBLE at taking my vitamins...I can't remember to take more than one or two types of pills a day. You're supposed to take one of these with a meal three times a day. I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up with that, but I think I could manage taking it twice a day, one pill in the morning and two with dinner at night.NOW is also a brand I trust...I'm picky about the brands of supplements I use. This particular supplement is NOT vegan, but I'm not vegan anymore so that didn't matter to me.I began using this with another brand of Passionflower supplement. I'm sure I'm far from reaping the full benefits of taking these two supplements, but I did wake up without a panic attack for the first time in weeks this morning. I certainly wasn't thinking "Oh, I took vitamins, I should be okay" when my toddler woke me up at the crack of dawn. I just notice I felt much more alert than usual, and after a few minutes realized that I hadn't reached for my prescription anti anxiety meds yet. I still haven't, which is also a first for me in weeks.IMO, this combo definitely helps those suffering from anxiety disorders. I highly recommend giving it a shot. If it doesn't work, then you're still doing something healthy for yourself.

The price was right. No after taste, but pill is a little larger than normal but was still easy to swallow. I felt better than I normally do, more energetic etc. I do recommend this product.

When I ran out of product by accident my body could tell it. Remarkable product with great results. Would highly recommend. Great price on the large container. High quality!

Product seems to be fine except for the nasty fishy smell when opened. I contacted the company, but didn't receive a response.

NOW has been the only company I have used for my vitamins for decades now. These are larger get tablets but go down easy with water.

This calcium is my go to. I need to take it everyday. I find it easy to swallow and digest.

I like the soft gel because it is easier to swallow and I get a good portion of calcium and magnesium in one dose. The calcium helps with joints and nail growth and the magnesium helps with blood pressure.
