I bought the 5 in one heat press and the mug press didn't work. I didn't even try the mug press until after owning the whole heat press for about a year. I think I was after the return date or refund date, so I was planning on just purchasing a new mug press from them. Without question they refunded the cost of the mug press extension and sent me the correct link to purchase only that extension.New one works great no extra cost, I applaud your customer service!

This was the replacement (for a press combo that I got from another seller). Works perfectly and fits the plug. It’s perfect. Shipping took a while, but all in all, it was worth waiting for a mug press that actually works. Very pleased.

Had to return it because it was a fraction of an inch off from fitting my unit. The same amount of screws but doesn't fit.

It doesn’t work with all heat press and it takes for ever to get here

The connection did not fit my machine so requested return. Seller requires return to Xhina, not from USA original shipper. Cost to return is much higher than value of item.

I buy this to replace the mug pads of my sublimation machine. This ones are smaller than the originals and doesn't work for me.

It looks good I just wish it fits the screw holes, unfortunately it is useless like this
